"OSHA recordkeeping rules are difficult to understand and employers can find themselves in big trouble if they don't interpret them correctly. Additionally, VPP Star sites have their own recordkeeping pitfalls that can be tricky to navigate. This introductory/intermediate-level presentation will outline general OSHA recordkeeping regulations, then focus on the interpretation letters that the agency has issued in the recent past, and will conclude with a look at common recordkeeping issues found on VPP Evaluations.
