The New Jersey Statewide Safety Team has transmitted an Alert on Overheated Boilers (please see the attached email chain and file). If you have emergency response personnel onsite, please forward this information to them.
This alert addresses a hazardous condition which has had tragic consequences in the past, including the 1982 Star Elementary School explosion in Spencer, Oklahoma:
