NYC Region VPP Sites:
The 2024 VPP Self-evaluation online submission deadline is Monday, March 31, 2025.
As of today (MON 24 MAR 2025), 36 NYC VPP Sites have submitted their 2024 VPP Self-evaluation online. Another 23 NYC VPP sites have started their online 2024 VPP Self-evaluation and need to complete their submission.
Please remember to click the “Submit” button in the Preview Section when you are done entering your submission. The remaining 10 NYC VPP Sites still need to initiate and submit their 2024 VPP Self-evaluation by the deadline.
