CSB Investigators Deploying to Explosion in Saint Louis, Missouri

FYI – The CSB email below highlights the boiler explosion earlier this week in Saint Louis, Missouri that killed three (3) people.

Please refer to the New Jersey Statewide Safety Team's Alert on Overheated Boilers (attached 17 FEB 2017 email to all Region 2 VPP Sites) and ensure that boilers in your facility are properly maintained and operated.
